   • Any injury, accident, or illness not directly caused by proven negligence of the property
3. Guest Responsibility
   • Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Though CCTV and security are provided, the hotel/restaurant is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement of valuables.
   • Damage to property (rooms, furniture, equipment, restaurant items) caused by guests will be charged to them.
4. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
5. Maximum Liability
   In any case, our maximum liability, whether arising from room booking, restaurant service, or any other engagement, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific booking/order.
