Welcome to Virat Chatpata Bazaar (Hotel & Restaurant). By booking a room, dining with us, or using our website www.viratchatpatabazaar.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or availing of our services.
1. General Policies
- Guests must comply with all hotel and restaurant rules displayed at the property or communicated by staff.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person violating these rules.
- All guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID for check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).
2. Guest Eligibility
- Minimum age for check-in: 18 years.
- Guests below 18 years are allowed only with parents/guardians.
- Unmarried couples (18+ years) are welcome, but both must present valid government ID.
- Entry will be denied if either guest is under 18 or fails to provide valid ID.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash at the property.
- Taxes and charges as per applicable government laws.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a refund (if booked directly with us).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or “No Show” will be charged 100% of one night’s tariff.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- For third-party bookings (OTAs like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.), cancellation policies of the respective platform will apply.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss/theft.
- Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest at repair/replacement cost.
- Illegal activities, loud noise, or misconduct may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Guests must provide accurate details during booking; hotel is not responsible for incorrect information.
7. Restaurant Policies
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant premises.
- Food delivery services may not be permitted inside guest rooms without prior approval.
- Restaurant closing time: 10:00 PM (hotel services continue 24×7).
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Virat Chatpata Bazaar is not responsible for:
- Natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.
- Any injury, illness, or accident occurring due to guest negligence.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Guest information is collected only for booking, check-in verification, and service improvement.

10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
